Measuring 8 3/4 inches long by 5 1/4 inches wide, this lovely vintage silverplate dish is based in black. Next I hand painted pink, yellow, and red roses. The hand painted lettering is in gold and reads "Romantique" (French for Romantic). The gold is repeated around the ornate edge of the piece. A pretty pink ribbon runs through the sign and is included to hang it. The design is sealed with a non-yellowing glossy sealer, just dust with a soft damp cloth. Signed by Artist, Angela Thompson.
