Payment
Secure Online Payment: Choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account through PayPal. Make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. PayPal provides a safe, quick, and simple means to purchase online, using secure ssl encryption to protect your private information. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to pay with your credit/debit card or bank account. However, you do have the option to sign up for an account with PayPal, which is absolutely free. Other Methods of Payment Accepted: Checks and Postal Money Orders are also accepted. Personal checks must clear before merchandise can be shipped (usually 5-7 days). Please include your order number with your check or money order. If you are paying by check or money order, payment is expected within 5-7 days. If payment is not received within 10 days the item(s) purchased will be put back into inventory and made available for sale.
Shipping
This applies to the contingent US only. Alaska and Hawaii residents please contact me for a shipping quote. I do not ship internationally at this time.
Items are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail Insured unless another carrier is noted in their description. Shipping costs are figured by total purchase amount as follows and include insurance and package tracking:

All Orders $99.00 and up Ship for FREE
That's right if your order total equals $99.00 or more your shipping cost is ZERO and yes it will still be sent USPS Priority Mail Insured with tracking unless another carrier is mentioned in the item description.
Returns
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If there is a problem with your order, just contact us. We accept returns. In the event you wish to return an item for any reason please contact us via email or telephone at (301) 855-3638 within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain Return Authorization. Returned items without return authorization will not be accepted.
We will be happy to refund you the amount of your purchase via a confirmed PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, a store credit will be issued. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Returned items should be packaged securely in their original packaging and original condition, and MUST be insured for the value of the item. The original packing slip must be included as well. Returned items which become lost or damaged during shipping them back that have NOT been insured shall VOID all refunds or store credit.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of original purchase.
Custom or Special Order items are NOT returnable. Payment in full is required for all custom or special orders at time of order.
